Welcome to Project Access-Collin County (PACC). Our web site is under construction and will be available soon for your use. PACC's initial purpose is to improve the health of this community by serving those who are medically uninsured and indigent. PACC's goal is to provide a seamless continuity of care program for the indigent, from securing medical homes and specialty care to providing hospital services, as needed. PACC is a program of The Collin-Fannin County Medical Society and is a partnership of the Society and its members, eight hospitals in Collin County, the Collin County Commissioners Court and its HealthCare Department, area clinics and medical providers across the county.
